Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
- Build and maintain applications using Power Apps and Dataverse.
- Configure and enhance Dynamics 365 applications to meet business requirements.
- Develop integrations and automate business processes across Microsoft technologies.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.
- Participate in solution design, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and support activities.
- Contribute to low-code/no-code development practices within the organization.
Requirements
- At least five years of professional experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Power Apps, and Dataverse.
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise business applications.
- Background in .NET development with a successful transition into Power Platform engineering.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service and/or Contact Center is preferred.
- Exposure to low-code/no-code solution development is preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric or willingness to work on Fabric-based solutions is preferred.
- Knowledge of integrations within the Microsoft ecosystem is preferred.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform are a plus.
