Responsibilities
- Design and build full-stack applications with frontend, backend, APIs, data layers, and end-to-end workflows.
- Develop Java and Python services, Spring Boot APIs, microservices, asynchronous APIs, and distributed event-driven systems.
- Build analytics platform components, ETLs, data pipelines, and integrations with operational platforms.
- Implement user interfaces and integration layers for AI agents, including generative AI and LLM-powered features.
- Develop AI-agent architectures, orchestration patterns, and multi-agent systems using emerging protocols such as MCP and A2A.
- Create monitoring, observability, and operational solutions for AI applications and distributed services.
- Implement AWS cloud solutions, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps automation, and SDLC tooling.
- Apply unit, integration, and end-to-end testing, along with application security, authentication, authorization, database optimization, and session management.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software development experience building full-stack applications.
- At least 5 years of experience with modern programming languages, with Python preferred and experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, Kotlin, or FastAPI.
- At least 5 years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience on AWS or comparable platforms.
- At least 3 years of experience with Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
- At least 5 years of experience designing asynchronous APIs, identity protocols, distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and microservices.
- At least 3 years of familiarity with observability and monitoring tools and practices.
- At least 3 years of experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing, including backend testing frameworks.
- At least 5 years of experience with application security frameworks and at least 3 years with role-based authentication and authorization.
- At least 3 years of experience with database optimization and session management.
- Experience integrating generative AI or large language model capabilities, building AI-agent architectures and multi-agent systems, and using AI-assisted development tools.
- Experience with React, Python, Node.js, REST, GraphQL, AWS services, and microservices architectures.
- Experience with AI-agent development methodologies, orchestration patterns, MCP, A2A, RAG, chat interfaces, and agent workflows is relevant to the role.
