Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement solutions on the nCino Bank Operating System built on Salesforce.
- Customize nCino Commercial Lending, Retail Lending, Onboarding, and Deposits modules.
- Develop and maintain Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, Flows, Process Builder, and Visualforce.
- Integrate nCino with third-party applications using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Perform code reviews, unit testing, deployment, and production support.
- Follow Salesforce and nCino best practices for security, scalability, and performance.
Requirements
- Require 6–10 years of experience.
- Require strong Salesforce development experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, SOSL, and Triggers.
- Require hands-on nCino platform development experience.
- Require experience with Salesforce integrations and API development.
- Require knowledge of the Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules.
- Require experience with CI/CD tools and deployment methodologies.
- Require a good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Preferred qualifications include nCino certification, Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, or App Builder certifications, and banking or financial-services domain experience.
