Responsibilities
- Design and develop Lightning Web Components for Salesforce applications.
- Build and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Triggers, and Flows.
- Develop and maintain Aura Components as required.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
- Perform code reviews and follow Salesforce development best practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Ensure application scalability, performance, and security.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components.
- Expertise in Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, and Queueable Apex.
- Knowledge of SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce, Flows, and Process Automation.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Understanding of the Salesforce Security Model, Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, and Sharing Rules.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, and deployment tools.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Preferred qualifications include Salesforce Experience Cloud knowledge, Salesforce Platform Developer I/II Certification, banking, financial services, or insurance domain experience, Salesforce PD1/PD2 or App Builder certifications, large-scale enterprise Salesforce implementation experience, and exposure to Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins.
