Base Salary
$103k - $189k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect and build agentic systems for pipeline hygiene, account research, call preparation, deal-risk scoring, forecasting, and rep coaching.
- Define agent design patterns, tool-calling conventions, retrieval-augmented pipelines, evaluation frameworks, and human-in-the-loop guardrails.
- Integrate Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Slack, and internal platform data as agent-accessible tools and data sources.
- Set the technical direction for the pod through design reviews, engineering standards, and architectural reviews.
- Partner with Product, Sales, Trading, and RevOps leadership to connect agentic capabilities to measurable business outcomes.
- Mentor engineers on AI-first engineering practices and technical execution.
Requirements
- BS degree in an engineering-related discipline.
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 2 years building production LLM or agentic applications.
- Deep fluency in Python and TypeScript/JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience with agentic frameworks such as LangChain/LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or similar.
- Experience with REST/GraphQL APIs, event-driven architecture, and programmatic integration of CRM, sales engagement, and data-enrichment platforms.
- Experience building full-stack applications, including data pipelines, backend services, and frontend tools.
- A track record of leading technical architecture, writing RFCs, and raising engineering quality across a team.
- Experience in Sales/RevOps tooling, GTM engineering, internal tooling, ad tech, media, or programmatic advertising is preferred.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, Gainsight, or similar GTM platforms is preferred.
- Experience evaluating and red-teaming LLM agents for safety, reliability, and correctness is preferred.
- Exposure to media buying, campaign performance data, or advertising analytics is preferred.
