Responsibilities
- Define requirements and functional designs, implement software, and validate solutions with other teams.
- Develop and support toolchains and infrastructure for coding and testing.
- Ensure software quality suitable for mass-production development.
- Collaborate with hardware and software engineers and support or lead software implementation.
- Work from the office three days per week under the hybrid work policy.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience developing embedded software with C or C++.
- Experience supporting other programmers and leading software implementation.
- Business-level communication and writing skills in both Japanese and English.
- Preferred experience includes production-level mobile, web, or desktop software engineering; HMI or interface development; cockpit ECU software; Software Defined Vehicles; machine learning or AI development environments; ISO 26262 and SOTIF; Agile/Scrum project management; and cross-functional requirements communication.
