Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and optimize custom software components and SharePoint Online applications.
- Act as a subject matter expert and collaborate with multiple teams on technical and project decisions.
- Lead process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project objectives and deliverables.
- Ensure adherence to software development best practices and standards.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong experience designing and implementing custom solutions in SharePoint Online.
- Ability to use modern development frameworks and tools to build scalable, maintainable software.
- Experience troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing SharePoint Online applications.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver software solutions.
- Familiarity with agile software development and continuous integration/continuous deployment practices.
