Base Salary
$114k - $171k/yr
Responsibilities
- Monitor, measure, and analyze system performance and availability.
- Resolve complex, high-impact systems and business-process problems through in-depth analysis.
- Develop and maintain automated tools and systems for infrastructure management and monitoring.
- Plan capacity, resource allocation, load balancing, and service scalability.
- Detect, diagnose, and resolve incidents while conducting post-incident reviews.
- Establish application design, coding, testing, debugging, and implementation standards.
- Advise and coach junior SRE engineers and allocate work as needed.
- Collaborate with development teams, product owners, and stakeholders on reliable technology delivery.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry.
- Experience as an Applications Development Manager and in a senior Applications Development role.
- Stakeholder and people management experience.
- Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
- Basic knowledge of industry practices and standards.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent experience.
- Master’s degree preferred.
