Base Salary
$120k - $140k/yr
Responsibilities
- Configure and rollout customers of the existing AI voice agent.
- Build and run evaluation suites to validate behavior and tune prompts.
- Develop new features and fixes for the core product.
- Optimize latency, inference cost, and hallucination guardrails.
- Run and improve model evaluation and observability across the product.
- Monitor cost controls and security/PHI handling constraints.
- Partner with Product and Customer Success to meet customer requirements.
- Streamline and automate the onboarding process for new customers.
Requirements
- 3+ years of software engineering experience with strong Python backend skills.
- 1+ years of production experience with LLM APIs and GenAI systems.
- Experience with cloud-native architecture, preferably AWS.
- Background in regulated or security-conscious environments.
- Product-minded systems thinker comfortable with ambiguity.
- Experience with voice or conversational AI is a plus.
- Ability to translate non-technical customer requirements into working configurations.
