Responsibilities
- Architect and build LLM-powered systems including retrieval workflows and structured output pipelines.
- Orchestrate AI workflows using tools like LangChain and integrate them with product APIs.
- Drive prompt engineering to refine prompts and context strategies for product quality.
- Manage real-world evaluation metrics to measure usefulness and UX impact.
- Collaborate with product, platform, and backend teams for seamless integration.
- Develop reliable and scalable deployments focusing on performance and cost efficiency.
Requirements
- 6+ years of software engineering experience with at least 1 year in AI production.
- BS Degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience with LLMs in production workflows.
- Strong coding ability in Python or equivalent and familiarity with backend frameworks.
- Experience with API integrations, database systems, and scalable architectures.
- Familiarity with AI safety guardrails and structured output enforcement.
