Responsibilities
- Design and implement new modules and services for the correspondence-management platform.
- Build and test a new .NET/C# web platform and migrate existing Java services to .NET using AI tools.
- Maintain, enhance, troubleshoot, and improve the performance and reliability of the existing platform.
- Develop and maintain integrations involving RESTful services, messaging queues, third-party APIs, web services, and databases.
- Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and documented code while participating in code reviews and following development best practices.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Research emerging AI trends and integrate LLM and generative AI capabilities into the platform and automated workflow product.
- Create and maintain documentation for system designs, integrations, and technical processes.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software development experience focused on .NET/C#.
- Proficiency with .NET/C# and hands-on experience building production systems with .NET.
- Experience or familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ASP.NET MVC, Angular or React, and Web API.
- Experience integrating APIs, working with SQL Server and Oracle databases, and managing web services in enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with database and application monitoring, debugging, and troubleshooting tools and techniques.
- Familiarity with AI development tools such as Cursor, Windsurf, Claude, or similar platforms.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks and practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work independently, solve complex technical problems, communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to work aligned with Eastern Time (EST).
