Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and expectations.
- Architect and document Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives and identify gaps between current and desired states.
- Lead technical design sessions and provide project oversight and governance.
- Define and enforce coding standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure appropriate design patterns.
- Manage technical delivery of Salesforce custom development, integrations, and data migration.
- Debug project issues and provide in-depth technical resolution as needed.
Requirements
- 10–15 years of Salesforce development experience and a minimum of 3 years of architecture experience.
- Expert-level knowledge of the Salesforce product suite, including Sales, Service, Community, and Marketing Clouds.
- Strong understanding of systems architecture, scalable and performance-driven design, design patterns, large data volume limitations, data sharing, and platform visibility.
- Familiarity with SAML, SSO, OAuth, TLS, and SSL, as well as data integration tools and business-system integrations.
- Experience with environment and release management, code versioning, deployment methodologies, and large web-based systems or full software product lifecycles.
- Experience defining system architecture landscapes and delivering solutions that achieve business outcomes.
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Tableau, OMS, data warehousing, big data technologies, data analytics, AWS, or Google Cloud is valued.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
