Responsibilities
- Participate in architecture design, business requirements discussions, planning, research, and development for Global Payment.
- Optimize the Global Payment R&D system and engineering processes.
- Analyze system shortcomings, identify bottlenecks, and improve performance and stability.
- Introduce technologies and solutions based on business needs.
- Promote cross-team key projects through project management, coordination, and communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related major, or equivalent working experience.
- Rich experience in architecture design and the ability to design appropriate solutions based on business development.
- Experience designing and developing massive-data and large-scale distributed systems.
- Deep understanding of computer architecture, data structures, and algorithms.
- Proficiency in at least one of Java, Python, Golang, C++, or PHP, with strong programming, debugging, and optimization skills.
- Strong communication, teamwork, learning ability, flexibility, motivation, and product ownership.
- Preferred: responsibility for multiple business lines or an entire product line and experience organizing medium-scale or larger projects.
- Preferred: deep understanding of database middleware, messaging middleware, and other infrastructure components in large-scale distributed systems.
- Preferred: system development experience in Internet finance, payment, or e-commerce.
