Base Salary
$130k - $175k/yr
Responsibilities
- Create scalable and robust technical solutions for merchant integrations using development and programming expertise.
- Guide merchants through integrations across e-commerce, point-of-sale, and multifaceted platform use cases.
- Act as the primary technical contact through integration design, development, testing, and launch.
- Lead technical consultation and project delivery while maintaining the technical integrity of integrations.
- Advise on checkout experiences, authentication, omnichannel payments, and platform onboarding.
- Collaborate with Sales, Account Managers, Product, Engineering, Developers, and Product Managers to improve merchant experiences and the platform.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience integrating with or providing technical consultation for Web APIs.
- Experience with APIs, databases, SDKs, distributed systems, database design, and systems architecture.
- Experience with front-end development, integrations, and project management.
- Ability to learn new technologies and understand complex systems quickly.
- Strong communication skills and comfort leading meetings with senior decision-makers.
- Ability to translate business requirements and workflows into pragmatic technical solutions.
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to navigate ambiguity and involve appropriate stakeholders.
Benefits
- Annual base salary range of $130,000-$175,000, with total compensation including equity, 401(k), health, dental, and vision benefits.
- Chicago-based office-first role requiring employees to work in the office at least three days per week on average.
