Responsibilities
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules, including Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Marketing.
- Develop plugins, custom workflow activities, and custom APIs using C#/.NET and XRM SDK.
- Implement JavaScript/TypeScript client-side scripting and build PowerApps Component Framework controls.
- Design Model-Driven and Canvas Apps and automate business processes with Power Automate.
- Model Dataverse entities, relationships, business rules, and security roles.
- Develop integrations using OData and Dataverse Web API and support ETL-based data migration, mapping, and validation.
- Participate in code reviews and follow security, data governance, performance, ALM, versioning, and deployment standards.
- Deploy solutions through Azure DevOps pipelines and collaborate with technical leads, functional consultants, and QA teams.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily stand-ups.
Requirements
- Egyptian national.
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CE development.
- Proficiency in C#/.NET for plugin and custom API development.
- Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills for client-side scripting and UI enhancements.
- Expertise in Dataverse schema design, entity modeling, and security roles.
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and PCF controls.
- Familiarity with Azure Functions and Logic Apps for integration.
- Understanding of ALM and CI/CD practices using Azure DevOps.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Omnichannel, Field Service, or Marketing is preferred.
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) certification is preferred.
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Service/Sales Functional Consultant (MB-230/MB-210) certification is preferred.
- Knowledge of Copilot Studio and AI Builder is preferred.
- Exposure to performance tuning and troubleshooting in Dynamics 365 CE environments is preferred.
