Responsibilities
- Learn software development tools, best practices, and programming concepts with mentor guidance.
- Collaborate with peers throughout the software development process.
- Complete simple coding tasks independently.
- Participate in design discussions and contribute technical input.
- Document, implement, and test high-quality software features with peer and mentor assistance.
- Participate constructively in code reviews and submit code for review.
- Develop foundational and detailed knowledge of the team’s business domain.
Requirements
- Current student pursuing a four-year degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Basic programming skills in Java.
- Strong teamwork, analytical, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong documentation and attention-to-detail skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
