Base Salary
$140k - $164k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain testing frameworks for on-vehicle software and cloud-based services.
- Create and maintain hardware test stands for vehicle subsystems.
- Ensure reliability and efficiency of the continuous integration (CI) pipeline.
- Collaborate with hardware and software teams to develop internal software tooling.
- Contribute to regulatory documentation, including software traceability and test protocols.
- Mentor engineers across the testing and validation team.
- Lead projects to ensure milestones are well-defined and achieved.
Requirements
- 3+ years of software development experience with Python and C++/Rust.
- 2+ years of experience in building test software and internal tooling for hard tech products.
- Experience with hardware-in-the-loop (HITL) and software-in-the-loop (SITL) testing.
- Proficiency in Linux, DevOps, cloud services, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated success in leading technical design and mentoring engineers.
