Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and deliver end-to-end software solutions for complex products and systems.
- Lead projects with defined goals, timelines, and manageable risks.
- Analyze and solve complex technical problems with limited guidance.
- Collaborate with product, QA, operations, and other cross-functional teams.
- Contribute to architecture decisions and advocate for scalable, maintainable solutions.
- Communicate technical concepts, project status, risks, and technical topics in global meetings.
- Deliver production-ready features that meet quality, performance, and release commitments.
- Follow up on production deployments to ensure software features launch successfully.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Professional software development experience in a commercial or enterprise environment.
- Proficiency in C++ is required.
- Experience with Python is preferred, and Java experience is a plus.
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
- Ability to design, develop, and test software systems and applications.
- Ability to communicate confidently with global teams and influence technical and product decisions.
