Base Salary
$185k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and evolve external APIs and embedded product layers.
- Develop an agentic retrieval harness for patient and clinical search workflows.
- Build reusable platform primitives for external partner integrations.
- Contribute to core data models unifying structured and unstructured health data.
- Create a pluggable ingestion framework for normalizing third-party data.
- Develop a stateful, multi-turn API for customizable AI agent behavior.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building production backend systems.
- Experience designing and maintaining external-facing APIs.
- Strong data modeling skills, especially with time-series data.
- Experience with distributed systems and multi-tenant architectures.
- Ability to contribute to greenfield architectural design.
