Responsibilities
- Lead analytics and Generative AI initiatives for Retail Banking business areas.
- Architect, design, and lead development of production-grade Generative AI applications and complex agentic solutions.
- Evaluate agentic architectures and industry practices to select appropriate approaches for business problems.
- Design and implement agent training, performance measurement, correction, and feedback processes.
- Ensure solutions meet compliance, security, scalability, availability, and performance standards.
- Collaborate with and advise business stakeholders on Generative AI solution scope and capabilities.
- Mentor data scientists in advanced agentic solution development and software engineering best practices.
Requirements
- 4-7 years of overall experience.
- Preferred experience architecting and developing production-ready Generative AI RAG or agent-based solutions.
- Mastery of Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, MLOps, and Kubernetes-based cloud-native architectures.
- Expert understanding of agentic solution design, including architecture selection, memory management, hallucination control, and reinforcement-learning feedback loops.
- Strong experience architecting highly scalable, available, and performant technology solutions.
- Deep expertise in agent training, performance measurement, and feedback processes.
- Knowledge of compliance, security, and performance management in production environments.
- Bachelor's or university degree and relevant experience; a master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Engineering, or a related quantitative field is preferred.
