Base Salary
$230k - $320k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and improve infrastructure using AWS and DevOps practices.
- Design and implement monitoring, alerting, and incident response systems for high availability.
- Automate deployment pipelines and manage CI/CD workflows.
- Collaborate with engineers to resolve performance, scalability, and reliability issues.
- Improve system security and auditability across environments.
- Evaluate and introduce tools and technologies to improve operations.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of DevOps or infrastructure engineering experience, preferably at a high-growth startup.
- Strong AWS experience, including EC2, ECS, RDS, Lambda, and IAM.
- Proficiency in scripting languages, preferably Python, and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and the ability to debug and optimize complex systems.
- Experience with CI/CD systems such as GitHub Actions or similar.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and own large initiatives from day one.
