Base Salary
$224k - $431k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with software engineers and architects across system software, virtualization, graphics, compute, platform safety and security, sensor processing, and networking to decompose requirements and integrate designs.
- Provide technical leadership and direction for resolving issues, improving development processes, and enhancing workflows and methodology.
- Create and drive architecture and analysis documents and communicate technical concepts to internal and external audiences.
- Work with NVIDIA software and hardware stakeholders on system-level problems and influence SoC and GPU designs.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 12+ years of related work experience.
- At least 5 years of proficiency in embedded systems and system software.
- Strong understanding of multi-core hardware, operating-system design, concurrency, and hardware acceleration.
- Experience developing software under industrial-grade quality standards including ISO 26262, ISO 21434, and ASPICE.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work across countries and time zones.
- Preferred qualifications include automotive AI or autonomous-system software experience, leadership in highly matrixed organizations, formal software verification experience, and experience with Cursor, Claude Code, or GitHub Copilot.
