Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance BigCommerce-based B2B eCommerce solutions with custom pricing, account management, multi-level user roles, bulk ordering, reordering, and RFQ workflows.
- Customize checkout, payment capabilities, tax exemptions, volume discounts, credit limits, shipping integrations, and other B2B workflows.
- Build integrations using BigCommerce APIs, webhooks, and GraphQL, including headless implementations with CMS platforms and custom front ends.
- Integrate BigCommerce applications with enterprise systems such as Salesforce and SAP.
- Support BigCommerce B2B applications and follow established support processes.
- Collaborate with technical leads and solutions architects, estimate work, and deliver within fixed sprints.
Requirements
- 7 to 12 years of experience in BigCommerce development.
- Any degree with strong fundamentals and problem-solving skills.
- Strong proficiency with BigCommerce, including the Stencil framework, Storefront APIs, and BigCommerce Admin API.
- Hands-on experience with B2B functionality such as customer groups, advanced pricing rules, catalog segmentation, multi-user accounts, role-based permissions, and advanced reporting.
- Knowledge of B2B payment methods, shipping methods, and tax compliance requirements.
- Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and React; Node.js experience is a plus.
- Experience integrating with enterprise systems such as Salesforce and SAP.
- Ability to work cross-functionally, manage multiple projects, research solutions, and communicate effectively.
