Responsibilities
- Translate business problems into technical AI solutions with technical, product, and business stakeholders.
- Design, implement, and maintain production-grade Agentic AI services for email, chat, and voice customer interactions.
- Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, MLOps engineers, product owners, and business owners on Agentic AI solutions.
- Balance custom solutions with standardization opportunities and improve software development processes using Agentic AI.
- Share ML engineering best practices and knowledge with data science and other teams.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in engineering and Agentic AI.
- Solid knowledge of Python and AWS cloud technologies.
- Practical experience with OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, and open-source models such as Llama.
- Experience with Agentic AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain and capability in Java or Go.
- Applied experience with the LLMOps paradigm in Agentic AI projects.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment approaches.
- Fluent English communication skills and motivation to learn, contribute, and work across cultures.
