Base Salary
$180k - $260k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own and ship end-to-end product features across consumer and B2B verticals.
- Collaborate with designers, Product, GTM, and Research teams to bring machine learning technology to polished user experiences.
- Architect product flows and build clean user interfaces, microservices, and APIs.
- Turn design specifications and prototypes into working products.
- Own instrumentation and observability for product features.
- Review code and improve code quality across the company.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Fluency in Python and a modern frontend framework, specifically React and Next.js with TypeScript.
- Fluency with relational databases, APIs, and microservices.
- Experience integrating third-party services.
- Comfort and thoughtfulness when using AI coding tools.
- Based in or willing to relocate to the New York City area and able to work from the office on a hybrid schedule.
- Comfort across the frontend and backend, with strength in one and at least working comfort in the other.
- Strong product sense, craftsmanship, bias toward action, and clear communication skills.
