Responsibilities
- Build and improve source-of-truth systems, APIs, and internal platform interfaces for logistics workflows.
- Own backend and platform work related to logistics data quality and operational debugging.
- Collaborate with Product, Data Science, CX, Ops, Trust, and Finance to create durable systems.
- Enhance the correctness and usability of logistics data for various operational workflows.
- Develop tooling and monitoring systems to detect problems early.
- Utilize AI to improve engineering quality and execution.
Requirements
- Experience building and owning backend or platform systems in production at a senior level.
- Strong product judgment connecting technical work to user impact and business outcomes.
- Experience in complex marketplace or logistics systems with real-world state interactions.
- Instincts around data quality, source-of-truth systems, and operational debugging.
- A thoughtful approach to using AI in engineering work.
- Comfort in fast-moving environments with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
