Base Salary
$175k - $236k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect the internal AI platform for engineering efficiency.
- Design and ship custom agent skills and workflows tailored to engineering tasks.
- Build end-to-end workflows that automate the coding lifecycle.
- Lead the rollout of AI coding tools across the organization.
- Integrate AI into CI/CD processes for enhanced automation.
- Establish governance measures for AI usage and security.
- Measure platform adoption and impact on engineering productivity.
- Mentor engineers and guide technical direction.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering with production systems.
- 1+ years of experience customizing AI coding tools.
- Deep knowledge of MCP and experience with Anthropic API.
- Strong prompt engineering skills for complex workflows.
- Experience integrating AI into CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficiency in backend technologies like TypeScript, NodeJS, or Python.
- Understanding of AI governance and security policies.
- Experience with AWS and engineering productivity measurement.
