Responsibilities

  • Contribute across the full software lifecycle, including conception, design, development, testing, deployment, and operations.
  • Design and implement performant, scalable, and secure software solutions using C#, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
  • Provide technical guidance, participate in code reviews, and promote software engineering best practices.
  • Develop unit and integration testing strategies, including static analysis, and troubleshoot defects and production issues.
  • Automate repetitive operational tasks and mature CI/CD deployment and upgrade workflows.
  • Use monitoring and observability tools to identify and resolve issues proactively.
  • Coach and mentor team members and contribute to technical leadership and continuous improvement.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation as a second line of support after gaining domain experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience developing commercial software systems and applications using C#.
  • Experience building cloud-scalable solutions with cloud-native patterns, preferably on Microsoft Azure.
  • Experience with scalable database technologies and mature deployment, release, and observability practices.
  • Experience with CI/CD processes and tools such as GitHub Actions, Harness, and LaunchDarkly.
  • Strong understanding of unit testing, code reviews, design documentation, debugging, and troubleshooting.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools for code generation, refactoring, review, technical design, documentation, and development planning.
  • Experience working in Agile software teams, including mentoring, feature leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Preferred experience with Kubernetes, Pulumi, New Relic, Grafana, JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, React, Vue, and .NET Core.
