Responsibilities
- Run and troubleshoot Kubernetes workloads in production and handle local workloads with K3S.
- Deploy and troubleshoot microservice applications in Docker containers.
- Manage Docker networking, container infrastructure, load balancing, auto-scaling, and Linux servers.
- Configure centralized logging, monitoring, and alerting using tools such as Grafana and Prometheus.
- Streamline CI/CD processes and collaborate with development teams on successful deployments.
- Support infrastructure automation and Azure infrastructure, including AKS, Azure Container Registry, and Active Directory.
Requirements
- Highly experienced DevOps engineering background supporting reliable deployment, monitoring, scaling, and system availability.
- Proven production experience with Kubernetes and experience handling K3S workloads.
- Experience deploying microservice applications in Docker containers and troubleshooting Docker networking using host and bridge modes.
- Hands-on experience with at least one programming language, such as Java or C#.
- Strong knowledge of load balancing, auto-scaling, and Linux server administration.
- Experience configuring centralized logging, monitoring, and alerting with tools such as Grafana and Prometheus.
- Exposure to Kafka and Elasticsearch.
- Preferred familiarity with API Gateway, NGINX, Nexus, Ansible, Terraform, Puppet, Azure infrastructure, AKS, Azure Container Registry, Active Directory, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
