Base Salary
$180k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop new capabilities supporting front-end data processing for a mission-critical malware analysis modernization program.
- Modernize front-end processing services.
- Collaborate with a team of engineers on a high-priority and highly visible program.
- Develop Java applications and work with REST services, Kubernetes, and JMX messaging technologies.
- Use Atlassian tools, Git, and IntelliJ or Eclipse IDEs while multitasking and adapting to changing tasks.
Requirements
- A current security clearance with FS is required.
- More than 15 years of systems engineering experience is required.
- A bachelor's degree in a qualified engineering field is described as desirable.
- Experience with Java applications, REST, Atlassian tools, Git, IntelliJ or Eclipse IDE, Kubernetes, and JMX messaging such as ActiveMQ or RabbitMQ.
- Desired skills include Kotlin, Mongo, Spring or Spring Boot, Python, and NiFi.
- Ability to multitask and pivot quickly between different tasks.
