Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain production software systems, scalable services, APIs, integrations, and automation workflows.
- Develop AI-enabled products, copilots, agent-based systems, and workflow solutions using LLMs, RAG, tool calling, memory, and orchestration patterns.
- Operationalize statistical, predictive, and AI models while building validation, monitoring, feedback, and performance-improvement mechanisms.
- Evaluate and select AI models and technologies and optimize latency, quality, reliability, and cost.
- Contribute to digital twin, operational decision-support, intelligent automation, and AI-enabled research platforms.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical products and advise on feasibility, trade-offs, and implementation approaches.
- Help define reusable AI platforms, engineering patterns, and organizational capabilities.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Experience delivering production applications and services across the full software development lifecycle.
- Experience building AI-enabled products or intelligent systems.
- Strong experience with React, Node.js, and TypeScript, with Python for AI, automation, and data workloads.
- Experience with API development, systems integration, scalable architecture, SQL, data modeling, and data integration.
- Practical experience with LLMs, generative AI, prompt engineering, RAG, agentic workflows, and AI orchestration patterns.
- Experience evaluating, selecting, optimizing, monitoring, testing, and supporting AI systems in production.
- Experience with automated testing, CI/CD, and modern engineering practices.
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud, vector databases and semantic search, MCP, MLOps, model lifecycle management, AI evaluation or observability, and cloud-native deployment is desirable.
- Digital twin, optimization, decision science, healthcare, data services, or market research experience is desirable.
