Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of fine-tuning strategies to improve language model accuracy and relevance.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to incorporate domain-specific knowledge into model training.
- Analyze model behavior and iterate on solutions for targeted applications.
- Handle and preprocess large-scale data for model training and evaluation.
- Design domain adaptation strategies for specialized contexts.
- Evaluate language model outputs using appropriate metrics and techniques.
- Debug and optimize machine learning pipelines for efficiency and scalability.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert, contribute to decisions across multiple teams, and provide solutions applicable across teams.
- Mentor junior team members on technical challenges and best practices.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience with Large Language Models.
- Proficiency in Large Language Models, Generative AI, Python frameworks, and Agentic AI.
- Strong expertise in natural language processing and model fine-tuning methodologies.
- Experience handling and preprocessing large-scale data for model training and evaluation.
- Ability to design and implement domain adaptation strategies.
- Familiarity with model evaluation metrics and techniques.
- Skill in debugging and optimizing machine learning pipelines.
- Minimum 15 years of full-time education.
