Responsibilities
- Design, develop, code, enhance, and optimize custom software components and applications using Python frameworks.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert and provide solutions across immediate and multiple teams.
- Manage team execution, make team decisions, and contribute to key technical decisions.
- Lead implementation of best practices to improve software quality and delivery timelines.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience with Python frameworks.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development tools.
- Problem-solving skills for troubleshooting and optimizing software performance.
