Responsibilities
- Build and own web banking features end-to-end from scoping and component implementation through testing, observability, and production maintenance.
- Define API contracts, work with backend proxies, and integrate with services supporting the banking platform.
- Contribute to architectural improvements, component refactoring, modernization efforts, and stack migrations.
- Review pull requests with attention to UI consistency, accessibility, and frontend best practices.
- Participate in production support and incident reviews to improve operational resilience.
Requirements
- Strong experience with React and TypeScript delivering production-ready features end-to-end.
- Full-stack experience defining API contracts, working with backend proxies, and owning integrations.
- Backend experience with Node.js, Kotlin, Java, or Go is valued.
- Understanding of frontend architecture, component design patterns, state management, and frontend-to-backend connectivity.
- Experience writing and maintaining unit, integration, snapshot, and end-to-end frontend tests.
- Comfort working in a complex multi-stack codebase and familiarity with technologies such as Angular, AWS, and Kafka is a plus.
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices and safely delivering changes to production.
- Exposure to AI tooling for engineering workflows is a plus.
