Responsibilities
- Identify and document high-leverage workflows where AI agents can automate manual work and improve customer and team outcomes.
- Redesign workflows around agent capabilities, including human-in-the-loop decisions, data flows, context requirements, and handoffs.
- Connect workflows across business systems and ship solutions alongside the AI capabilities team.
- Deploy agents to production, define and rerun evaluations, and monitor quality, cost, latency, and outcomes.
- Own KPIs such as volume handled, time saved, quality, cost per task, escalation rate, and business outcomes.
- Partner with Operations, Customer Success, business leaders, and frontline teams to drive adoption and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience combining business operations or process design with hands-on technical execution in areas such as solutions engineering, forward-deployed engineering, startup founding teams, strategy and operations, or internal tools and automation.
- Ability to map business workflows end-to-end, identify value opportunities, redesign processes, and demonstrate measurable efficiency or revenue impact.
- Technical fluency with terminals, code, APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines.
- Hands-on experience building non-trivial applications with LLMs and agents, including prompts, tools, context windows, evaluations, and retrieval.
- Familiarity with agent frameworks, MCP servers, vector databases, workflow orchestration, and evaluation tooling.
- Ability to track KPIs, operate autonomously, communicate with non-technical stakeholders, and exercise strong business judgment.
- Preferred experience in forward-deployed or solutions engineering, deployed AI, founding or early-stage companies, internal agents and automations, EOR, payroll, HR technology, fintech, B2B SaaS, or international business.
