Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand pricing and billing processes and document functional requirements.
- Configure Salesforce CPQ for complex pricing, discounting, bundling, approvals, quote templates, and guided selling.
- Build product rules, price rules, automation flows, custom workflows, and approval processes.
- Design subscription, recurring-revenue, usage-based billing, invoicing, payment, tax, collections, amendment, and renewal workflows.
- Design and implement integrations with NetSuite, ERP systems, billing platforms, payment gateways, and tax engines.
- Create solution architecture, system architecture, and entity relationship diagrams.
- Configure reports and dashboards, prepare configuration runbooks, train users, and guide development teams.
- Support deployment and post-implementation enhancements.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience with Salesforce and strong knowledge of Salesforce CPQ and Billing.
- Hands-on experience with subscription management, revenue recognition, CPQ implementation, and quote-to-cash processes.
- Experience configuring products, pricing, bundles, rules, quote templates, approvals, and discounting structures.
- Experience with subscription billing, invoicing, payment schedules, tax handling, collections workflows, usage-based billing, amendments, and renewals.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with NetSuite and ERP systems using REST or SOAP APIs and middleware such as MuleSoft or Boomi.
- Experience with Agentforce and Salesforce Billing or billing platforms such as Zone Billing.
- Excellent communication skills.
