Base Salary
$112k - $141k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and ship developer tooling, framework components, and reusable templates that improve engineering productivity and quality.
- Contribute to the agentic development ecosystem, including Claude Code configuration, plugins, skills, and MCP servers.
- Strengthen authentication services and agent identity models using Keycloak, OAuth2, and OIDC.
- Build and operate services with Java, Spring Boot, AWS, and Kubernetes.
- Apply engineering standards, guardrails, and best practices and help product teams adopt them.
- Investigate root causes and improve system reliability and performance.
Requirements
- Two or more years of hands-on full-stack software design and development experience, including at least one year of Java.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Experience building web applications and working with cloud-native systems on AWS or similar cloud providers.
- Exposure to OAuth2/OIDC authentication and identity standards, or strong willingness to learn them.
- Experience using AI coding assistants, agents, or MCP tools on real engineering work, or eagerness to adopt them.
- Comfort writing tests, using observability tools, and owning well-scoped tasks end to end.
- Experience with client- and server-side JavaScript, React, Node, and Remix is a plus.
- Curiosity, collaboration, and eagerness to learn are expected.
