Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead the development and implementation of architectural strategies aligned with business objectives and technical requirements.
- Guide cross-functional teams through complex software design and delivery projects.
- Set development standards and ensure code quality, scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert and provide solutions applicable across multiple teams.
- Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions involving multiple teams.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to improve system performance and reliability.
- Mentor and support team members and promote adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to deliver business-aligned technical solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Business Architecture.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
- Proficiency in Business Architecture.
- Strong expertise designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex software development projects.
- Ability to evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to improve performance and reliability.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, influencing, and advisory skills.
