Responsibilities

Migrate corporate stock valuation data and solutions from Teradata to Google Cloud BigQuery.
Develop, optimize, and continuously improve stock valuation solutions within GCP.
Develop financial simulations for major business incidents.
Conduct code reviews and support team members.
Partner with Product Owners and Finance/Accounting stakeholders to translate business needs into reliable solutions.
Collaborate cross-functionally to solve technical problems and improve development processes.

Degree in IT or business administration, technical or equivalent education/experience.
Experience in an engineering or technology role, ideally in agile product environments using DevOps methods and continuous delivery practices.
Mandatory in-depth experience with BigQuery SQL and GCP services, especially Cloud Storage, Dataflow, and Pub/Sub.
Mandatory proficiency with Terraform or similar Infrastructure-as-Code tools, Git, and testing.
Mandatory experience managing data migration and integration projects from Teradata to BigQuery.
Knowledge of Python, Java, Perl, and Dataform is desirable.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with technical teams and business stakeholders.
Fluent English and German.
