Responsibilities
- Deliver technology solutions for Global Markets front- and middle-office business functions.
- Support software capabilities across pricing, sales and research, electronic trading, client and exchange connectivity, trade workflows, and post-trade processing.
- Contribute to position, risk management, P&L, settlement, finance, and management information systems.
- Analyze complex problems, identify feasible solutions, make recommendations, and establish a forward-looking technology vision.
- Demonstrate technical and organizational leadership, support colleagues’ development, and promote inclusion and psychological safety.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience.
- B.E., B.Tech, M.E., or M.Tech qualification.
- Ability to analyze complex problems, evaluate options, make strategic judgments, and provide recommendations.
- Leadership behaviors including vision-setting, influencing, entrepreneurship, organizational development, and inclusion.
