Base Salary
$163k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own full-stack development of Command across UX, backend systems, and model integration.
- Design and implement frontend features with Next.js, TypeScript, and React.
- Build and scale backend services using TypeScript, PlanetScale DB, QStash, and other technologies.
- Integrate LLMs and AI models into live user workflows.
- Define product direction with users and cross-functional teams.
- Shape the behavior and interaction model of Command’s conversational, expressive, and intelligent UI.
Requirements
- Experience building full-stack products used by real users in high-stakes environments.
- Interest in working at the intersection of product, models, and infrastructure.
- Strong product and interaction-design judgment, including attention to product feel and system behavior.
- Ability to move quickly while maintaining reliability and clarity.
- Ownership mindset suited to an ambitious early-stage environment.
