Responsibilities
- Participate in the design, development, and implementation of Generative AI applications and digital assistant solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Research and stay current on natural language processing, machine learning, and LLM technology.
- Work with leaders, mentors, and team members while learning about Guardian’s products, services, and business operations.
- Build professional networks and collaborate with other interns and colleagues across the organization.
Requirements
- Be a current sophomore graduating in December 2028 or May 2029, or a current junior graduating in December 2027 or May 2028.
- Have experience in software development and familiarity with Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, or another programming language, including common libraries and frameworks.
- Have knowledge of and strong interest in AI concepts such as LLMs, agents, MCPs, AI skills, context engineering, and AI coding harnesses.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, independent-work, and learning skills.
- Be available for the full internship program dates and legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship.
