Responsibilities
- Build core ML systems for a proactive AI product.
- Own work end-to-end: data preparation, training, evaluation, inference, and iteration.
- Turn research ideas into reliable production systems.
- Debug model failures and system issues using production signals.
- Iterate quickly: ship, measure outcomes, refine, and repeat.
- Collaborate with research, product, and engineering teams.
- Mentor and review work from other ML engineers.
- Work under production constraints: latency, cost, reliability, and safety.
Requirements
- Experience building and shipping ML systems used by real users.
- Understanding of modern ML model behavior in production.
- Ability to write strong, production-quality code.
- Ownership and independence in pushing work to completion.
- Fast learner with clear communication skills.
