Base Salary
$220k - $260k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver features in an all-TypeScript stack (React + Node).
- Partner with Product, Design, and Data to define problems and develop incremental solutions.
- Deliver innovative AI-driven solutions for insurance experts.
- Model insurance data and relationships in intuitive tools.
- Collaborate in a remote-first, flexible engineering culture.
Requirements
- Strong experience with TypeScript, React, and Node or a similar stack.
- A track record of influencing product and business direction through engineering insights.
- Familiarity with or interest in applied AI/LLM techniques.
- Ability to work across the full product lifecycle, including feature specification and user validation.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to business needs.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for team offsites.
