Base Salary
$220k - $260k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and deliver product features in the all-TypeScript stack using React and Node.
- Partner with Product, Design, and Data to define problems and develop incremental solutions.
- Deliver AI-driven agentic solutions for insurance experts.
- Model complex insurance data and relationships in intuitive tools that improve decision-making.
- Collaborate in a remote-first engineering culture and contribute to product and business outcomes.
Requirements
- Strong experience with TypeScript, React, Node, or a similar technology stack, with a history of shipping production code.
- Demonstrated ability to influence product and business direction through engineering insights.
- Familiarity with or interest in applied AI and LLM techniques for real-world products.
- Ability to work across the full product lifecycle, including specification, testing, iteration, and user validation.
- Generalist mindset with willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to business needs.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to Austin, Texas, or team offsites.
