Responsibilities
- Build real-time, low-latency Voice AI features.
- Develop call intelligence systems for transcript analysis and conversation funnels.
- Collaborate directly with customers to address their needs.
- Make foundational technical decisions regarding system performance.
- Mentor team members through code and design reviews.
Requirements
- 5+ years of engineering experience with a focus on React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python.
- Production experience with AI features under strict latency budgets.
- Strong understanding of real-time voice systems at scale.
- Willingness to analyze call data to identify issues.
- Ability to enhance team productivity.
