Responsibilities
- Act as a Salesforce development subject matter expert and lead application design, development, and configuration.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned workstreams and guide developers through technical decisions.
- Review code and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices, quality, performance, and maintainability standards.
- Use AI-assisted engineering tools such as Copado AI, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Claude.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, testers, business analysts, and dependent teams to resolve technical issues.
- Contribute to architecture and design discussions, estimation, sprint planning, delivery commitments, and risk identification.
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and support the development capabilities of the team.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience, with 5–7 years of Salesforce development experience noted in the additional information.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong Salesforce development skills, including Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Flows.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Understanding of the Salesforce data model, security architecture, design patterns, and development best practices.
- Exposure to AI-powered development tools and automation techniques, plus the ability to guide teams and make technical decisions.
- Experience in Agile delivery environments and enterprise Salesforce implementations.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I and Salesforce Administrator certifications are mandatory.
- Salesforce AI Associate and Agentforce Specialist certifications are preferred.
