Responsibilities
- Design and maintain Node.js backend services and RESTful APIs for e-commerce functionality.
- Build React.js front-end experiences using micro front-end architectures, module federation, and Webpack.
- Design and optimize MySQL and NoSQL data stores, schemas, queries, and data models.
- Implement Redis and Memcached caching for session handling, latency reduction, and high throughput.
- Support containerized services, deployments, monitoring, logging, alerting, production troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Improve code quality, test coverage, capacity planning, and developer productivity across the stack.
Requirements
- 8 to 10 years of software development experience.
- Full-stack production experience with Node.js and React.js on e-commerce or high-traffic web applications.
- Knowledge of micro front-end architecture patterns, module federation, and Webpack configuration.
- Experience with MySQL and at least one NoSQL database, including schema design, query optimization, and data modeling.
- Expertise with Redis and Memcached or similar in-memory caches is preferred.
- Proficiency with Git-based workflows and experience with code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD practices is preferred.
