Base Salary
$204k - $299k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop realistic agent environments and evaluation methods.
- Design systems and algorithms to improve agent performance.
- Collect and curate human and synthetic data for AI systems.
- Work directly with leadership to influence AI research direction.
- Contribute to a small, motivated team focused on engineering excellence.
Requirements
- Experience with the latest AI tools for building AI products.
- Familiarity with agent solutions, including context management and performance measurement.
- Strong knowledge of reinforcement learning techniques.
- Experience building infrastructure for large-scale reinforcement learning.
- Experience at leading AI labs or top AI startups.
- A builder mindset with a focus on experimentation and rapid iteration.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- PhD in AI or related scientific domains is a plus.
