Responsibilities

Build and maintain web-based digital experiences for CBC/Radio-Canada audiences.
Develop using JavaScript and React, with familiarity with TypeScript.
Build and integrate API endpoints and third-party vendor products.
Write unit and integration tests and support higher-level UI automation testing.
Use tools such as Git, Jenkins, or Bamboo to manage development, build, test, and release workflows.
Work collaboratively in an Agile, iterative, and incremental development environment.
Learn new technologies, adapt to change, and contribute to technical innovation.

Demonstrated experience working with JavaScript and React.
Familiarity with TypeScript.
Knowledge of software development best practices and quality engineering practices.
Experience writing unit and integration tests, with familiarity with higher-level UI automation testing.
Familiarity with development process and build, test, and release workflow tools such as Git, Jenkins, or Bamboo.
Experience building and integrating API endpoints and third-party vendor products.
Strong communication skills and the ability to understand diverse perspectives.
A Computer Science or Engineering degree or equivalent training and experience is preferred.
Ability to learn new technologies and work flexibly in an Agile environment.
