Responsibilities
- Build and ship features to production daily.
- Own entire product areas from concept through deployment.
- Develop agentic systems that automate complex recruiting workflows.
- Iterate rapidly between experimentation, scale, and quality.
- Talk with customers and incorporate their feedback into the product.
- Collaborate directly with the CTO and founding engineering team.
Requirements
- Very strong software engineering background.
- Experience with TypeScript and React.
- Strong practical experience working with AI and coding with AI tools.
- Ideally, experience working with LLM APIs.
- High agency, resourcefulness, ownership, and a strong focus on creating value.
